After hearing Justice Tariq on this issue in couple of programs
Even Hamid Khan can't disqualify Speaker, if you make him tribunal judge
They have to cite legal clauses and apply previous decisions made in such cases
Noon will be happy if this goes against them
as they will forget about NA125 where PTI has stronger case
they will pursue NA125 as this one has zero chance of standing in SC
