Policy For Moving or deleting A thread or Post

I am just confused if there is any policy for Moving or Deleting the Thread or Its just Done on the basis of Admin's Personal opinion on the Issue discussed in A Thread ?

It seems to me that admins have been given Free hand to make decisions on there personal Preferences.

First i thought its just a coincidence but it has happened a few times now. Please Correct me if i am Wrong.

if its not the Policy then either Change the Policy or change the Admins .

I am Just Looking For your Policy For deleting or Moving the Thread. if i dont know the Policy how can i know If whats happening is Right or Wrong ?

Rana jee, moderators totally tolerant haen, here you can find pro-taliban, anti-taliban, pro-pakistani, pro-indian, pro-american, anit-american threads ,, all of them existing parallel.
yahan tak keh recent May walay elections mein Punjab domiciled logoon ko racist type kay byshumar alqabaat say nawaza giya, laiken moderators nay azaadi-e-izhaar-e-raey per koi pabandi nahi lgai. Sindh walon nay PPP ko dubara elect ker liya laiken KPK walon ko sirf Punjab say badla lynay ki supari mili thhi (phir chahye Punjab mein pro-PTI Popular vote count KPK kay total vote count say ziada hee ho), es liye kisi nay Sindh mein PPP kay re-elect honay per koi rola nahi dala, laiken baqi aap khud yahan old thread per mulahiza ker lien:

Thats Exactly what I am Talking About .. it should not matter which Party Ones Belong to as far As he is not Posting anything Contradictory to the Forum Policy.
