Small dams can be built but dams like bhasha are impossible to built without government money. kalabagh has no chance of ever happening even of government resources cause of controversies.

Also, Next to impossible.First, You have to prove that it is the money stolen from your country and it will take years of legal process.Even after all the jit, Investigations against Sharifs they weren't able to prove any corruption.And, We have all witnessed to what is happening to Nab decision in high court let alone in international courts.I think, We should focus more on stopping more money going outside and modernize our way of tax collection by bringing in technology so we can collect all the tax and it won't be theft.Also, Increase the number of taxpayer.Lawyers, Doctors, Property dealers, jagerdar barely pay any taxes.

I am a bit disappointed with IK. I know his govt is new, but he should have thanked SC to starting the initiative and take over the Dam Building responsibility. Its is not SC's job to collect money for it. PTI govt is depending too much on SC. They should move fast start taking actions on all front.

Also for OP, the govt should float a bond or Saving scheme which will guarantee their investment. Simply asking people to send money wont help.

agreed but the long process was due to incompetence of the institutions and continuous political interference. Once independent, these institutions i believe can achieve the milestone in short span of time.

Dear Prime Minister, You forgot to mention that while you would love to receive donation of $1000 from overseas Pakistanis, it is very important for overseas Pakistanis to declare their religion before they make any donation. Religion declaration is a must before any donation because in case an Ahmadi makes a donation of even $1 Million dollars, it will be turned down. If it is against the norm for this government to accept intellectual wealth of an Ahmadi then it is also very important not to accept material wealth from Ahmadi people.

Yeah I also wonder if donations from Pakistanis of Ahmedi beliefs are accepted or rejected...? Why he didnt specify this?
