Regardless of Fatwa or no fatwa the best greeting for Muslims is Assalam-o-Alaikum. There are many Ahadees on the Importance of Muslim greeting.
There is no harm in adopting the teaching of Islam.
Let us be kind to each others on this forum also. There is no need to be abrupt when we are commenting. Be kind to others, Allah will be Kind to you.

Dear Brother!! Issue Fatwa against Saud will not effect our live but this fatwa will certainly made a positive impact on our lives. I will support your point when you raise it separately but in my humble opinion we should also appreciate the positive steps of whom we dislike.

What would you say to a person who is non-muslim or if you live in west????

Other than this news, in my view, we should say Assalam-o-Alaikum to all of muslims and Hello or Hi to Non-muslims. Thats it.

Why is saying Hello Haram? I need a logical answer to this. Any one can shed light on it... kindly refer to Quran not Google.

Further who the Heck is this Imam Kabba? is he not just a person of zero existence selected by the Royal Saudi Pundit... What is his education qualification?

I've just registered now to answer a few questions here in this topic:

1. Spreading a news without authenticating is just as speaking lie. and its HARAM... So try to authenticate source before spreading news.
2. King/Kingdom (BADSHAHAT) is not haram in Islam because otherwise Prophets like Hazrat Yousaf (AS), Hazrat Suleman (AS) etc. would not be kings. So stop this non-sense
3. Imam-e-Kaba is not a puppet of king. and for his education, you can search wikipedia. He is highly qualified person.

In last, if someone finds the authenticity of news, kindly share it. Because I'm unable to find any relation between Hello and Hell and I'm sure that some highly qualified Ulemas can never issue a fatwa without research work on it. So it should be a false news.
