Shadab can be promoted to No. 4 as well if strike rate need to be increased. A team cannot afford to loose run rate in the middle overs. Even Nawaz can be promoted with a specific role.

In case of injury, Dahani is a choice as well since both Naseem and Shaheen are injured now a days for most of the time. Naseem should work to change his action after world cup.
