I've always believed Ganju was behind them, because he was the biggest beneficiary of it, but not its evident these morons don't have the power or means. I'm sure it was his idea and as always establishments arshiwad was with him.

If they didn't do it, but can't put it beyond reach of reason they sure as hell facilitated it. They are very good at turning a blind eye when need be. Americans came into Pakistan right next to Pakistans biggest military academy, spent a good 30 to 45 minutes loitering about causing all sort of ruckus and we didn't know about it? That's hard to swallow.

Specially when we know when they want to they can stop the enemy in tracks in a matter of seconds i.e the whole abhinandan episode.
