Ik was in favour of giving it to Jahangir Tareen when they did not agree he had to give in to PK , who wanted Gul Bacha to run instead. Also if u take out PTI these guys cannot even win Nazim election, so they owe it to PTI for their victory not the other way round

mein ny aik column mein parha tha ky pervaiz khattak sy kisi ny na 1 ky candidate ky bry mein phoocha......is ny kha khan sahib ny kha ky is ka faisla mein khud krn ga.gul baccha ky bry mein perception yeh thi ky afghani hai.......kam sy kam aesy bndy ko tu ticket milta jo local hta........
The factual position was like this : PPP +JUI(F)+ANP VS PTI + QWP+JI .
JUI(F) supports voted for JUI nazeryati , a broke away faction of JUI F.

Its not like that . Samad Mursaleen ex PTI got just 1770 votes .The total of both PTI candidates is less than 30,000 whereas bilour got over 34,000 votes. PTI candidate got 100% jamat e islami , qaumi watan party(sherpao) and PML N votes whereas JUI F supporters voted for Mutahida Deeni Mahaz candidate instead of voting for Bilour.

:P Khattak should be given at least a year before shouts for resignation, his suitable replacement should be prepared and matured meanwhile.
No doubt he is not a competent CM, but its also a fact that he is the boss of a very inexperienced team, let the team learn, let them face the realities of politics and their constituencies, let the PTI and JI alliance get a better grip on the government.
If :P Khattack is fired now, he and his cronies would not go away without creating an upheaval, that chaos would be very hard to manage by any one and PTI might never regain its strength in KPK again.
Its true that Bilor's win is an indicator of the mistrust, towards PTI that is beginning to rise in the heart of people of KPK, but it is also a fact that this win was mainly due to the rifts between ranks of PTI officials, if a move is made on :P Khattack, those rifts would be hard to fill. How would any one trust a party which seems such disorganized its self.
PMLn should also learn some lessons, still people like Sherazis of Thatta and Anjum Aqeel, whyyy??? Being a PML supporter, I was glad by Shazia Muree's win.

Zardari was president and it is in constitution that president who is sign of federation cannot be a member of political party. What if IK would have been PM should he also have need to resign, no way. Similarly NS is still president of PMLN. Law is very clear only governors and President cannot hold a party office, i am unclear about speaker (Perhaps speaker is also not allowed for he is custodian of assembly).
Having said that I would like CMKPK to resign from GS post as this is most significant post and very time demanding. Besides it will be easy for him to do his more important job to serve people of KPK. Asad Qaiser should also resign as due to speakership he cannot handle party's day to day affairs.
I would like person like Asad umar, Dr Alwi or Jahangir Khan Tareen as GS.
