This is not the way you should deal with a Public Servant of such a cadre.

Sorry, but by publicly demeaning her will make her loose her assertiveness in the future on her under command/ subordinates and the people of the locality.

The most ordinate way is to issue her a notice of displeasure, which should form a part of her file.

انھوں نے کہا کہ اس افسوسناک واقعے سے متعلق تحفظات وزیر اعلی پنجاب عثمان بزدار تک پہنچا دیے ہیں چیف سیکرٹری پنجاب نے کہا کہ اسسٹنٹ کمشنر سونیا صدف اور دیگر انتظامی افسران سخت گرمی اور کورونا کی وباء کے باوجود فرنٹ لائن پر موجود ہیں، کسی بھی سرکاری افسر یا عملے کے ساتھ غیر اخلاقی زبان استعمال کرنا قابل مذمت ہے۔
رفیق ملک نے کہا کہ پنجاب بھر میں انتظامی افسران دن رات عوام کی سہولت کے لیے فیلڈ میں موجود ہیں جو قابل ستائش ہےجواد رفیق ملک نے کہا کہ کسی کو یہ زیب نہیں دیتا کہ وہ سرکاری افسران کی تذلیل کرے، فیلڈ میں موجود تمام افسران کی انتھک محنت اور جرت کو سلام پیش کرتے ہیں​

ان محترمہ کا جتنا آرڈر چلتا ہے وہ فروٹ مارکیٹ سے پتا چل گیا۔۔

یہ مان لے کہ میرے سمیت پاکستانی قوم کی یہ عادت بن گئی ہے کہ وہ محنت تب کرتے ہیں جب تک کسی پوسٹ تک نہ پہنچے اسکے بعد آرام ہی آرام۔۔

اس افسر شاہی کابھی اپنے ماتحتوں کیساتھ ایسا ہی رویہ ہوتا ہے اسلیے تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے اسے ایسے بے عزت کیا ہے؟
