Most tickets you can't buy off that site. They ask you to contact an agent and give them the code to get the ticket. Give it a try

I know , but this way you dont have to go back and forth with the agent to adjusts dates and times etc. You can look up the flights that suite you the best and get it from agent or buy it directly from the airline.
