It is not a Pakistani Flag people. It is just a green Islamic flag with cresent on it. It is very common in muslim gatherings in India.

I do not see the point of such joy at our flag being displayed anywhere in India apart from the Embassies and Consular Offices.

Anyway as said it is a symbol of Muslims in India and not the Pak flag
