Wikipedia is looking at financial transactions through banks and credit cards

What about all the cash Sadqah and Zakat which is given by individual Paksitanis
If America is on top it is because they have billionaires who give through their foundations to avoid tax cuts

In Pakistan it is on an individual basis and I agree..even in Dubai Pakistanis give the most charity and Zakat
