I doubt the schmucks in Pakistan will allow it. the babu culture doesn't even get this.

for example, if you are using a wireless antenna or an advanced router, never select Pakistan as a region or it will completely neuter the speed to 1/6th of the potential bandwidth because some babu in Pakistan reduced the frequency range in the wifi implementation.

In Germany, they started a beta year ago, I got an invite but it is not worth it right now if you are living in an urban region.
