If "us" means one ummah, do not think so, they never give one flying F about us, for arabs and turks, muslims of sub continent and Africa are nothing but a breed of workers, policies speak for them selves

no it does not and it should not, geographical boarders and modern politics cannot serve this concept. Nations now, can only flourish on the expense of fooolishness of other nations. It is not just my thinking, I said what is supported by current affairs and political will, what you are saying is just a deluded hallucination whose reality is gone long ago!

but let's talk about conquest...arabs were progressing under the Caliphate, the Turks progressed and expanded in Europe under Ottomans

Yes they were Muslims, they did beat 1 crusade, for years their primary enemy were Christians Catholics, they did add good fighters and administrators from different parts of Muslims world. But in the end they did not progress in science and administration (at start of 15th century they were way a head in both compare to Europe) done by their earlier rulers.
