Nothing could be more confusing than this article ... I don't know why are we indulged in to writing long theoratic phrases rather than thinking practical and workable solutions ... this article is not doing any good for Pakistan except to create more confusion and divide people opinion .. Can we write and discuss solutions rather than keep on beating around the bush
