i dont know what standards you have used in terms of declaring a traitor, but i have to disagree. In my book anyone who is corrupt and abuses state resources and power to benfit ther own interest are guilty of treason (and therefore it includes all the status qou party leaders and cronies e.g. sharifs, choudharies etc). If you look at the strong and prosperous countries they have minimized corruption and thats what we should be working to.
Yeah an expanded definition could include that too. I am defining treason as the act committed by these parties or people: Zardari league, MQM, ANP and Musharaf, where these people mostly directly and sometimes indirectly work for the interests of foreign powers in Pakistan and aid them in destablizing Pakistan. If you notice I have used the word Zardari league instead of PPP coz ZAB or BB were not traitors by that definition. Therefore that definition would exclude Nawaz Sharif. He is corrupt but not someone selling off the country, its people and sovereignty. Your definition is an expanded one and while I understand where you are coming from, it's hard to sell as it goes to an extreme. Of course we can wish that we get a government which is not corrupt at all but then we need to remember the ground realities. InshAllah IK's government will make it happen (see my other comment above which explains this further).
