That'd be you, if you're a doctor as your dp shows. But look it up, not that difficult, hypoxia might ring a bell.
Well dp is not for the show off it means disclosure. And Hypoxia or even cell regeneration topics are well beyond the level of common members here. No offense but most members don't understand your scientific jargon.
