I agree to wajidrasul in his meaning. He meant that NATO supplies are not reopened in this resolution. However, its clear that NATO supplies are not disallowed in this resolution either. This means that PMLN, PTI or this resolution does not get any credit what so ever to discontinue NATO supplies. This also means that any credit of stopping the supplies goes to the government and its organs and the blame of opening the supplies (if that happens) will also go to the government and its organs (no matter what circumstances these were.)

Lets please think straight, keep our facts right and not throw unjust criticism or claim undue credit. Be fair.
Ch. Nisar is one of the few people who would claim to differ from Nawaz Sharif at times. I like this about him.

Talat delibrately did not ask right questions: Did removel of points regarding NATO supplies mean giving permission to the government to open NATO supplies? If they wanted NATO supplies not allowed, why they did not say so in the resolution? Why did they not attach drone attacks with NATO supplies, simply because Mr. Munter told NS not to do that . . . .

Ch. Nisar is so funny when he says Musharraf should have asked permission from Parliment. It was not a problem if Musharraf's parliment has allowed NATO supplies, the problem is NATO supplies allowed by current Parliment because they have been blaming Musharraf for NATO supplies . . . . . .These politicians think people are idiots . . . . .or are people really idiot ??? Perhaps , because so many still believe PMLN and Talat!

Talat is in the pocket of NS . . . .
