Process of justice does not work like this.
Judgement of a court must be composed of the established principle:ILAC i.e issue (meaning thereby to be the legal issue), law, application (of law on the facts of the matter) and conclusion.
We see no such structure or formulation in the judgement of the supreme court rather the first page starts with citations from a novel which was written on a don and a mafia head, giving the false impression that the person who is the subject of this judgement is too a person of the defamed category.
What would you say if one of the judges prematurely gives the impression in the outset that the person being enquired against is a done or he is a person who resembles like running a mafia.
For God sake act like a supreme court judge and not like Imran Khan
Looks like the minority judges were unfairly or malafidely biased against the PM.
It looks like Imran Khan was chairing the judges team.
The only difference was: language and words were of Imran Khan but the tongue and mouth was of the so-called supreme court judges.
Most probably, Imran Khan spent 10 Billion Rupees which he boosts about were offered to him by the Sharif family, on this most dishonoured court play or justice fiction.
God forbid the way the politicians like Imran Khan and the sold out media is playing with the prestige and dignity of the motherland.
Accepted your mother is too weak and that's why she cannot take you to the task but you have to esteem it for what she is your mother with her grey hair and the elderly face uttered with hundreds of wrinkles.
Its not a joke Mr. Hamid Meer, Kashif Abbasi, Arshad Shareef and ba***** Javed Chaudhary. This country owes the sacred blood of our elders in its foundations and more that the birth place is always loved by sparrows, birds and even animals. Are you worse than them by acting like vultures who feed on dead bodies and sometimes deposed dead bodies.
