the photo shared in the title post is just a combination of photos taken for each tempo-spatial slot (with multiple issues, e.g. check one in the end of this post), and can be made with a even Nokia PureView, nothing special in it. "Still Photos" can get multi-gigapixel upon joining/superimposing various good quality images.
