Receivable means "dues not paid yet".
The unpaid bills which could not be recovered.

my point still remains, circular debt kept increasing 2013-2018
now it’s decreasing. the steps took by govt were in the right direction, as they controlled it effectively.

Monthly loss of power sector at that time was 38 billion rupees(thanks to the corrupt PML-N) which is now gone down to 12 billion per month. So of course the net losses are still increasing but the pace of losses has decreased significantly. But this propaganda brigade is paid for propaganda and misleading the masses.

I read the news, but I think you didn't read my short reply with focus. When PTI assumed power the monthly losses were 38 billion but now the monthly loss is 12 billion, so of course the net circular debt is still increasing but the rate of increase in that debt has gone down significantly from a whooping 38 billion a month to only 12 billion a month now. Let me know if you still don't understand it or be a man and open an apology thread on the forum, because apparently it seems that government has done a tremendous job which should be appreciated not criticized.

Do the search and you will understand that there are three main causes if fake picture of power revenue you are watching.
1: Increases tariff giving profit on low cost generation.
2: Bringing the use of furnace oil down to zero and using cheaper degasified LNG fuel.
3: Generation comming from cheapest source of power terbela-4 and Neelum jehlum.

So in reality the relief that should have been given to poor consumer. Your donkey is actually looting the poors.

And do i have to remind you who was behind the LNG Plants and accelerated work on Terbala 4 and Neelum Jehlum or you have at least this much understanding.
