case is assets beyond means ok ........NAB had all the proves against Zardari but he was acquitted becuase it was a photo copy in SGS Kotechna case and here NAB never proved his income the point is they never admited its Ill money they did admit they that sold the factories and Qatri letter now its NAB to prove those wrong

1) Zardari case was not assets beyond means. It was on taking kickbacks. Onus was on NAB to prove it, and they messed it up. A Major reason being that the evidence was "lost" by the ehtasab buearu.
2) Just saying we sold a factory or giving the qatari letter (interestingly, those two defences contradict each other) does not shift the burden of proof. Nawaz and co had to provide a money trail, NAB did not have to produce it.

Even if nawaz will get some relief on technical grounds, it will be appealed to SC, and the fundamental question will still need to be answered....where is the money trail?
