It will be better to let the nation understand the difference of meaning between "ratification" and "extension".
Relevant section of the constitution is using the word "ratification" and not "extension".
The Sindh Government and Peoples Party is deliberately confusing the nation by giving meaning of ratification to extension.
Ratification or not ratification means "We approve" or "We disapprove".
Once Ratification is given, it is not bound by any length of time .
Extension means adding to the time length which is not the right interpretation of the constitution.
In URDU, the constitution is not asking for "Tosee" but for "Toseeq" which once given, there is no need to repeat it.
Further that ratification will be of all that was given to the Rangers in the past.
To not ratify what Rangers have been doing in the past is not an option with the Sindh Assembly.
It is blatantly being misunderstood that source of conferring powers to Rangers is Sindh Assembly which in fact is the Sindh Government. The provincial assembly only ratifies it once the powers have been conferred.
However, once the powers have been given and are in the process of being exercised, the provincial government cannot interfere into it.
The CM sindh as captain of the operations contradicts in this situation being the head of the provincial government who has transferred his powers to Rangers as well.
