I do not wish to indulge in the debate that:
-- whether there is or there is not a death penalty for the person(s) who commit blasphemy, but I do question
the way the Quranic verses have been misquoted and twisted in the above material. From whole of Quran,
the author has picked up the verses from Surah Ahzaab. If his basis is fundamentally on these verses,
then he has misquoted and twisted these verses. This is the exactly what Mr. Fareed Piracha, the
outspoken person of Jammat Islami did in Asma Sherazi Programe. This is totally absurd and
irrelevant attitude to doe perforce connection of quranic verses to their own whims and ideas. May
Allah(SWT) save us from such twisters and Inventors, whose sole motive can be anything but
the projection of true message.
