At that time, as being director/shareholder of the firm, he might have been having such financial powers as to keep those flats as collateral.

Lastly, after the death of Mian Sharif, the accounts settlement with Hussain Nawaz must have been done through a deed which is the main thing in this case to surface and shed some light on the nature and details of the transactions done in 2006.

Second Problem, at the time of the sell of the factory the liabilities including the bank loans and electricity bills were more than the assets of the company. It was dissolved and the proceeds gone to the banks not even to the owner, who in fact was not Mian Sharif. The loan was on the name of Hudabbia and with personal guarantees of three people Mian Sharif, Shahbaz Sharif and Abbas Sharif. None of three were the owners of the flats according to the record, they companies never owned by Mian Sharif. Show us the proofs or shut up.

Does not matter much, if the person who owned it testifies that all it was done in order to escape the persecution of the Pakistani government, which was ruthlessly nationalizing the assets of the businessmen in the country, they could have also asked the Govt of Dubai to cease the assets of Sharifs in Dubai as well, or provide resistance. Ever heard of the term "front man" in business? well just like offshore companies, these front men are not always there with a bad intent of stashing wealth abroad.

Any proof of that will be appreciated. According to my frail knowledge, 75% of the shares of Dubai mills were sold to settle the matters with BCCI. The rest 25% shares were sold later, which went to the owners/share sellers

In the case of Hubaiya paper mills, how could the Government and Al Towfeeq funds accept these properties as collateral if they were not in the name of Mian Sharif? do you think they are blind?

Last but not the least, I am not here to defend NS or his corruption in the cases, but I know that this hype is created purposefully by perpetrating a loose case, then discussing it on media to make people believe something which is not relevant just as this clip from Mubashir Luqman, and you were not able to defend anything I posed as a question for the companies ordinance. They make people believe on their false propaganda, because generally people do not know these technicalities. They are creating a hype in the people towards a civil war. Telling you what, after they loose in Panama Case, they will use this wrath of the people to impede CPEC in full swing. So, what they say and what they actually do is definitely not in the favor of Pakistan and I am definitely ready to kick those _utts.

Remember, all these wars and warlike situation campaigns always have something good stated as the overt motto, like WOT is to eradicate terrorism but I don't understand why all the terrorism is residing in the oil rich, Muslim countries? So there is a disconnect in the overt and the latent motto. Same is the case here, no one is really into eradicating corruption, they are just the people who have another agenda behind this, and I see it coming very clearly.
