JKT's review petition was decreed upon against him. Okay, that is one aspect!

1) I do not have any clue, but I guess he may can file an appeal against the verdict ??? (Else any law prevents him to file an appeal after the review?)
2) File a fresh petition in the backdrop of the new evidence which his attorney tried to put on the table during the review hearing but was denied on the pretext, it was too late to put forth the new evidence ???
