I remember in the case of Pervaiz Musharraf's false evidences provided to the court against Chief Justice Iftikhar Choudhrey, there were similar loopholes. Hence, the evidences were dismissed as being False and Badniyati per mabni.

I've never visited Landhi, but, I know, then, it was very very tough,
because of road conditions, lack of bridges, lack of under bypass, no free signal corridors.
Landhi & Paposh are quite far even now.

Can you provide the proof that all the charges were declared fake by the Supreme court?

Lot of people think that way, which you're thinking.
But, In reality, court didn't even discuss that allegations,
which were made on CJ Iftikhar Chudhry.

The case was sent to supreme judicial council. From where they sent it to larger bench.
The bench never discuss upon the charges, which were made by the govt.
The bench discussed, about his removal from the office was right or wrong.
You can confirm it.
