Indian PM Narendra Modi the mass murderer, butcher, planner, and instigator of the 2002 Genocide of Muslims in the Indian State of Gujarat should be declared the no-terrorist of the world because he is still inciting religious hatred, racial discrimination, ethnic cleansing of not only of the Muslims in the illegally Occupied Kashmir but also all across the Indian subcontinent. It is still happening with the encouragement and support of the Hindu fanatical and fundamentalist BJP government headed by the Hindu supremacist leader, Narendra Modi. Muslims and other minorities are still tortured, persecuted, women and girls raped and hundreds of thousands have been killed, massacred, and often butchered publicly in streets and roads of India with the connivance of Indian police and condoned by the BJP government.
