Corrupt people use every Haram Way to earn fast money. Criminals can activate Mobile phone sim with anyone's data and use for any kind of activities.

What Pakistani Parliament is doing?? Did they pass any law in this regard???

This is duty of Election commission of Pakistan to keep secure sensitive personal data of all pakistanis.
