Moussavi has given right to pak gov to publish the judgement. So pak gov should do that if they are interested in reaching to the bottom of this mess. If they don't moussavi himself will do it. He looks determined to cause big halchal in pakistan.
So it is better that pak gov does it or if he does it then pak will look bad in the eyes of the world because it will look as if pak gov is trying save the corrupt people of pak. Not only that but also if pak gov publishes this judgement it will help pak build a case for un so that those countries are put to shame which are harbouring corrupt people. Like panama this case also may put pak on better footing.

We have already paid him millions, both before and after the law suit for breach of contract...
Contract was apparently signed in 2000.
$5M was given in UK.
PPP gave unknown amount to Broadsheet in US.
This is what's happening now:
The federal cabinet has approved payment of $28.7 million in damages to the Washington-based asset recovery firm Broadsheet LLC and at the same time decided to challenge the British court’s decision to attach the accounts of the Pakistan High Commission in London.
Govt agrees to pay $28.7m damages to US firm

For me its a no brainer, if they recoup money which we dont have the will or skills to do, then them getting a cut isnt a problem. If the guy can even get 1/2bn then that would be a massive step forward. Look at the reaction of the NOORAS and how desperate they are to avoid this. It has to be done

And according to the judgement they held their side of the bargain- Its Mushy the shit that decided that to give NRO- a mistake of historical proportions. I have no problem at all if we give commission on money returned. I dont see what your problem is.

Can you tell me if we have an alternative to getting our money back. If we get money back, we commission, if he gets nothing back, he gets nothing.
