She also tells how gradually people can turn to proteins as well after giving their diet a kick start with vegetables only. Daal soup, cabbage soup, spinach, cauliflower, Bell pepper, carrots, peas, chicken, mutton, all these can be used one at a time. On the tenth day you can add onions and tomatoes too. Slowly you can use cottage cheese as well because it will provide you with nutrients but will not increase your weight. Coriander and mint leaves or lemon is always a good option to choose from after 11 days.


The easy way to continue with this diet without much hassle is to make a lot of stock once and then freezing it. This is especially helpful for working women who do not have enough time to cook everyday. This soup will help people a lot of weight in 15 days only if you drink only this soup and eat fruits.

Not possible, even if people don't eat anything for 15 will burn around 30000 calories without any exercise, which will result in less than 4 kg of weight loss

You are right but 2 to 3 kg out of these 5 kg weight loss is not the fat loss. Due to extremely strict dieting 3 kgs are lost in a week mostly due to the loss of excessive fluids of the body and considerable decrease in the amount of food taken per day. Thus, the real fat loss in two weeks is hardly 2 kg which is a normal weight in 15 days

I have worked in Pharma for last 8 years, we sell millions of dollars worth of weight losing products but actually they don't work, only thing which is effective is exercise and balanced diet, as far as what can be used for losing weight I would recommend Garcinia and Green coffee but both of these are supplements. I am not talking about surgically removing fats from body as that is exceptionally dangerous.

Always go for the longer route if you want to be healthy as well. Lose around 2-3 pounds per week with healthy diet and exercise.

I lost 26 kgs in 2011 in 11 months without any pills and excessive exercise. Just eat less than normal and work out more than normal.

آپ ایسے کیا کریں ماسک پہنا کریں کھانے کی خوشبو سے بچ جائیں گی ، ویسے میرے خیال سے زیادہ سونے سے بھی وزن بڑھتا ہے ، اب آپ اتنا ا ا ا ا ا ا ا سوتی ہیں باقی تو آپ سمجھ ہی گئی ہونگیں

لو جی یہ کونسا نسخہ آپ نے بتایا ہے کھانے کی آفر پر گردن سے لیفٹ رایٹ کرنا کونسا مشکل ہےہم تو گردن سے لیفٹ رایٹ کرکے کھانا ہاتھ سے پکڑ لیتے ہیں :biggthumpup:
نسخہ بھی آزما لیتے ہیں اورکھانے کا چسکا بھی پورا ہو جاتا ہے

then you start fasting after 5th roza your would be tuned to self control and then you keep the routine

جناب میں تو ذرا تفریح لے رہی تھی ..مجھے اپنے کھانے پینے پر مکمل کنٹرول ہے ..بس ذرا کبھی کبھی .........اتنا تو چلتا ہے
