Don't know how much effective such measures would be and whether this is an optimal use of resources? Survival of covid-19 in the open environment is low and for small duration and the chances of infection from inanimate objects/surfaces are low. Anyway health officials may decide better.
Mainly infections are through air-borne droplets from cough etc. of infected person or from direct touch. Bodies and especially Hands are to be disinfected, which should be the major focus -- and touching of eyes, nose and mouth with possibly infected fingers are to be avoided. Transmission/diffusion through skin has not been reported yet.
