agar kabhi Nawazu ko reality me heart attack ho to is ko Lahore ke Mue Hospital me operation ho, abhi to Nawazu ne drama kia tha heart attack ka but if in reality he suffers heart attack then he must be forced by Pakistan Army to get the the treatment in Mue Hospital, hahahahahahah
