Thanks rauf klasra and amir mateen v nice analysis on tragic incident today which took 21 innocent lives. I had written about national action plan and also took class of Ch.Nisar and Nawaz Sharif on jan 16th/16 but no one listened so what you do.
Pakistan have to build the wall with electric Wires and IEDS covering afghan border to control this kind of terrorism otherwise pay the price rest of its life because the enemies inside and outside , several agencies will use this route at their disposal and pakistan wont be able to take action all the time. To keep itself safe is the only this answer .it does't matter how much it cost , cover the pak afghan border and make more check posts and crossing points like torkham and chaman .pak security lies in this plan and also make visa and id cards necessary for crossing the borders and also scrutinize the afghan refugees .agencies have to take actions and cover the borders areas , never mind the afghan objections--this is very important .NATIONAL ACTION PLAN SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN FULL SWING BUT UNFORTUNATELY ITS NOT ? SOMEONE SHOULD ANSWER ABOUT THIS .

National Action Plan fails as terrorists hit Bacha Khan University
Since the implementation of the plan the government and the military forces have failed to safeguard the interest of the public at large. In 2015, seven terrorist attacks took place in Pakistan. Pakistan has learned very little from the past attacks and a full blown terrorist operation Zarb-e-Azab has also not produce the desired outcome. Read More: http://goo.gl/J969MA
