The strike was a failed mission. Everyone knows that. Pakistan should not respond or escalate. If Pakistan responds militarily, it will continue a long cycle of tit for tat skirmishes, and that will undo the financial gains Pakistan has achieved during the past 6 months.

Destruction of training camps. None of these camps exist. Even the international media is claiming that no such camps exist for a long long time. If they came to bomb our country at will, they could not. And why not, because they were chased away within minutes. This is a successful defense. Any evidence of 300 bodies? All the points you are dismissing are important. We always knew that India is looking to do some kind of misadventure. Therefore the important thing is their success, not the attempt. The attempt was coming. Everybody knew that. If this is such a great achievement, then why do countries hit strategic targets? Why don't they just violate each other's air space and then call it a win? Ironically you are saying that they have entered our house and hit us and then you say that we are happy that there is no casualty. Brother, my last words. Surgical strike does not mean that you violate the air-space of the enemy and that is it. No. You violate the air-space to do something. That something has not been achieved. As far as India being a power is concerned, of course they are a power. They have superior equipment, huge budget and stable economy. Do not portray this event as if India came into our air-space and we did not respond at all and they stayed in our skies for half an hour just to assert their superiority and did not bomb the hell out of us just for the sake of mercy. I am not against a retaliation at all. But what is absurd for me is that certain people here are assuming that the Indian Jets flew from their air-bases just with the intention to violate our air-space. This is insane. Indians are idiots but not so much that they endanger their million dollar aircrafts just to violate our air-space and then beat their chests. No. They had a target in mind which they could not achieve and had to run for their lives.
