All of them cannot develop very small and efficient complaint information system like 911. In taxi companies all over the developed have this system. But no one feel any shame on it.
When all these kings visit the developed world never touch the reality or land of that country. They get VIP ride from Airport, visit Strip clubs, attend meetings in big hotels. Dont know anything in reality about the people and system of that country. I consider them as blind and deaf.
