I think its high time for Miss Tahira Abdullah to seek the company of a young hunk of 80+ years or to look for the intimate company of a cute “Toy Boy” (Shawn Michaels would you be able to adopt this filth of Pakistan? I beg you to provide this service to us Pakistanis so that we would not be able to tolerate her witchy and grumpy whining & moaning all the time on these TV channels again and again and which will definitely give you more fame and exposure than the beautiful goddess of Hollywood Miss Angelina Jolie) on urgent basis so that her “frustration and anxiety” might come to a peaceful end even if its going to be for a limited period of time. I personally would be immensely benefitted by not watching your (Tahira Abdulla sahiba urf Massi Musebtay & Phapay Kutnay) heinous face and disgusting arguments on electronic media in the near future. In the name of holy lord of Uncle Sam (Your Mayee baap and Peer o Murshid urf Zionists & Neo-Cons ali sarkaar) please do some deliberation on this matter on priority basis, I like hundred of thousands of your “admirers” would make an endearing Duaa for your this act of kindness for the rest of our lives, I can assure you that.

This is so unfortunate that Ulma of this country behaves like worst creature like Dr. Israr quoted the Hadeeth that Hadeeth is fullfilled and Peer Muhammad Afzal Qadri is one of this example. How he quoted the Verse of Quran.

[33:58] And those who malign believing men and believing women for what they have not earned shall bear the guilt of a calumny and a manifest sin.
[33:58] اور وہ لوگ جو مومن مَردوں اور مومن عورتوں کو اذیت پہنچاتے ہیں بغیر اُس (جرم) کے جو انہوں نے کمایا ہو تو انہوں نے ایک بڑے بہتان اور کھلم کھلا گناہ کا بوجھ اٹھالیا۔

[33:59] O Prophet! tell thy wives and thy daughters and the women of the believers that they should draw close to them portions of their loose outer coverings. That is nearer that they may thus be distinguished and not molested. And Allah is Most Forgiving, Merciful.
[33:59] اے نبی! تُو اپنی بیویوں اور اپنی بیٹیوں اور مومنوں کی عورتوں سے کہہ دے کہ وہ اپنی چادروں کو اپنے اوپر جھکا دیا کریں۔ یہ اس بات کے زیادہ قریب ہے کہ وہ پہچانی جائیں اور انہیں تکلیف نہ دی جائے اور اللہ بہت بخشنے والا (اور) بار بار رحم کرنے والا ہے۔

[33:60] [FONT=_PDMS_IslamicFont] ۞ لَّٮِٕن لَّمۡ يَنتَهِ ٱلۡمُنَـٰفِقُونَ وَٱلَّذِينَ فِى قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ۬ وَٱلۡمُرۡجِفُونَ فِى ٱلۡمَدِينَةِ لَنُغۡرِيَنَّكَ بِهِمۡ ثُمَّ لَا يُجَاوِرُونَكَ فِيہَآ إِلَّا قَلِيلاً۬ [/FONT]
[33:60] If the hypocrites, and those in whose heart is a disease, and those who cause agitation in the city, desist not, We shall surely give thee authority over them; then they will not dwell therein as thy neighbours, save for a little while.
[33:60] اگر منافقین اور وہ لوگ جن کے دلوں میں مرض ہے اور وہ لوگ جو مدینہ میں جھوٹی خبریں اڑاتے پھرتے ہیں باز نہیں آئیں گے تو ہم ضرور تجھے (ان کی عقوبت کے لئے) ان کے پیچھے لگا دیں گے۔ پھر وہ اِس (شہر) میں تیرے پڑوس میں نہیں رہ سکیں گے مگر تھوڑا۔
--------------------------------------------------[33:61] [FONT=_PDMS_IslamicFont] مَّلۡعُونِينَۖ أَيۡنَمَا ثُقِفُوٓاْ أُخِذُواْ وَقُتِّلُواْ تَقۡتِيلاً۬ [/FONT]
[33:61] Then they will be accursed. Wherever they are found, they will be seized, and cut into pieces.
[33:61] (یہ) دھتکارے ہوئے، جہاں کہیں بھی پائے جائیں پکڑ لئے جائیں اور اچھی طرح قتل کئے جائیں۔

[33:62] [FONT=_PDMS_IslamicFont] سُنَّةَ ٱللَّهِ فِى ٱلَّذِينَ خَلَوۡاْ مِن قَبۡلُۖ وَلَن تَجِدَ لِسُنَّةِ ٱللَّهِ تَبۡدِيلاً۬ [/FONT]
[33:62] Such has been the way of Allah in the case of those who passed away before, and thou wilt never find a change in the way of Allah.
[33:62] (یہ) اللہ کی سنّت ان لوگوں کے متعلق بھی تھی جو پہلے گزر چکے ہیں اور تُو ہرگز اللہ کی سنت میں کوئی تبدیلی نہیں پائے گا۔

If quran does not prescribe any punishment for blasphemy of Prophet Muhammad (sallal laahu alaihi wasalm) (as per pervaizi point of view) and Hadeeth is not acceptable for Pervaizis (patriot etc.) and westerners... then what punishment there should be????.. who is going to decide??? or there shoudl be no punishment....

This is strange that you think people of Macca and Madina just tried to kill you and never used bad language for you and for your followers, when Hadharat Muhammd(pbuh) went to Taif for preaching then you think that kids of that city only stoned him(pbuh) but didn't used bad language. Have you seen such case when a person is trying to hurt some one in public and not using bad language.
If some one Abuses Prophet Muhammad PBUH then he is definitely will be punished by God himself. And we muslim should feel bad but we must pray to God to show the world that He(pbuh) was Blessing for mankind and he was the biggest benefactor for the mankind after Allah almighty.
Now Quran says that "Do not disrespect even their False God" and Quran also says "Gather them all under those belief which are common between you and them" That means Allah almighty guiding us all to maintain a society in which you and all others are bound to respect each and every religion and everyone can promote his/her religion through dialogue, debates, discussion without using bad language. So the everyone is bound not only non-muslim but muslim as well to respect the other religions, faith, and spiritual leaders.
So I think the 295 and 295(a) was sufficient to protect as above is mentioned. The the abuser to any spiritual leader is punishable (but not to death sentence, check surah Maida verse 33/32 for this).
Seconly, the main problem is the word "Toheen" is not defined its open for every one, For example, Jews do not accept Hadharat Essa, So they will openly say that "We dont beleive in Jesus" same case is with Christain with Hadharat Muhammad PBUH but these Molvies take in as Toheen-e-Risalat.

Abu Dawood (4362) narrated from ‘Ali that a Jewish woman used to insult the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and say bad things about him, so a man strangled her until she died, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) ruled that no blood money was due in this case.
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah said in al-Saarim al-Maslool (1/162): This hadeeth is jayyid, and there is a corroborating report in the hadeeth of Ibn ‘Abbaas which we will quote below.
This hadeeth clearly indicates that it was permissible to kill that woman because she used to insult the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).
Abu Dawood (4361) narrated from Ibn ‘Abbaas that a blind man had a freed concubine (umm walad) who used to insult the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and say bad things about him. He told her not to do that but she did not stop, and he rebuked her but she did not heed him. One night, when she started to say bad things about the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and insult him, he took a short sword or dagger, put it on her belly and pressed it and killed her.
The following morning that was mentioned to the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). He called the people together and said, “I adjure by Allah the man who has done this action and I adjure him by my right over him that he should stand up.” The blind man stood up and said, “O Messenger of Allaah, I am the one who did it; she used to insult you and say bad things about you. I forbade her, but she did not stop, and I rebuked her, but she did not give up her habit. I have two sons like pearls from her, and she was kind to me. Last night she began to insult you and say bad things about you. So I took a dagger, put it on her belly and pressed it till I killed her.” Thereupon the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Bear witness, there is no blood money due for her.”
(Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Abi Dawood, 3655)

for those who are against any punishment for mocking our bloved Prophet Muhammad (sallal laaahu alailhi wasallam).....I would advice admin of the site to creat a thread and let people abuse the mothers and fathers of these people to know if they still visit siasat.pk or not...
