Jamaat-e-Islami announce to start ‘Naya Pakistan’ movement

PESHAWAR: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) chief Siraj ul Haq on Monday announced to start Naya Pakistan movement from November 21.

Siraj ul Haq while addressing to gathering in JI head office said that mean rulers are the problem of current political crises in the country. He further said that they don’t want Marshal law to be enforce because military rulers caused damage 0to the country. Siraj ul Haq said, the Naya Pakistan movement will begin from Minar-e-Pakistan on 21, 22 and 23 November. He told that, they will agree Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) on the decision.

So, he means they'll try to convince that PTI and PAT's dharnaz are 'Haram' while if they 'join' JI Naya Pakistan Movement, then it's not only Halaal, but all their past sins would also be absolved by joining JI.

JI should come forward without any condition. They should sorry awam first for not Joining Azadi Tehreek from 14 August on. If they want to Join then they should immediately join and not from end of November.

His statement aside - jab bhi koi ba-reesh aur islam pasand aadmi ki khabar is website pe aa jaye...hamaray bohat saray sathi is ko moqa ghaneenat jaantay huway islami shi'aair ka mazaq urana apna farz e awaleen samajhtay hain.... Not taking the stand for the right of the people and for the just cause to seek justice for those slain in the Model Town massacre .... it is my opinion that the JI politicians have isolated themselves from the masses .... lets see if what they did is going to benefit them or not for it has definitely not benefited the common man!!!!

Siraj ul Haq is now trying to pave his way among TU-Qadri and IK's movement, i am not against JI but somehow they always end up being opportunists, now when they see Khan is making History they want to grab their piece in it, and i would really not mind if they join IK, but if they tried to perform any stunt on their own they will fail miserably as always....SUH really seems to be regretting not joining PTI (just my feeling)

Regardless of political inclinations, personal interests etc, scene is fast becoming clearer. It is taking shape of conflict between good and evil. If JI follows PTI and PAT in fight to recover rights of Pakistanis, it will further boost the morale of masses and street agitation will be better organized and disciplined. Adding MQM to that because stakes are getting too high for every party and no Rehman Malik will be able to push MQM back to the power equation, one can imagine how the popular uprising can be choreographed in coming days. Everybody is trying to show by standing on the right side of the line. PMLN, PPP and allies fairly see lot much to loose while the other side has nothing to loose but only to gain ground.

One can judge the way winds are blowing, by looking at the political moves in Multan. Dogar family of Multan has finally scrapped their consistent allegiance with PPP for over 20 years. Gilani failed to convince them to support Javed Hashmi and they rather told Gilani to read the writing on the wall. Amir Dogar will be contesting Javed Hashmi as independent candidate. Dogars concede that Pakistan has moved long enough on the road to change and conventional political tactics are no more in demand by people.
