Thats a devine rule in fact and more over, we do not have experience of leadership. Sense of Quality of leadership has not been in our blood for over 2000 years as history tells us. For over 2000 years our only job has been to welcome foreign intruders, providing them man power and food to proceed further to Delhi. Ironically, all intruders ended-up in Delhi, our areas simply did not attract them. As a consequence, the whole of Pakistani land as we see it today, has remained barren, without developing cultural, intellectual, institutional and artistic roots like Southern Indians and in this comparison, we are far behind Indian North which is considered crude and tasteless except Rajhistan. Only a few names like the person who injured Alexander the Great to death, Raja Porus who dared to challenge military might or very lately, Maharaja Ranjeet Singh who established our identity in face of overwhelming British power on regional level, are token of pride for us, rest is all wide-dry desert like story. So, in a sense we have been sverely under-developed for centuries. After partition, missing quality of leadership, we have been serving our new local masters who further have masters of their own, US and it won't change. Its in our blood and we have to live with it.
