I am in quite some depression for a few days now. I have been very hopeful about he future of pakistan and believe that the bright morning is just around the corner after a long bloody dark night.
I have been regularly watching TV for a few days and the things I see make me sad and depressed. Brutal killing of hazara community despite them asking for army security they were given nothing , watched a few sare aam program where people were selling fake baby lotions and fake cosmetics under the reputed brand name , watched another sare aam program where the government slaughter house was selling the meat of dead animals and even the meat of horses and donkeys , then watched another vigilante program where they showed how working women are treated in pakistan society , watched another program where they showed how financial problems have forced some women to sell their bodies. We don't know the milk we drink and feed our children is real or not , the candies we consume are harmful or not? Vegetables are grown on ganada nala pani in some parts of lahore. Anyone can stop you , show you his gun and take your belongings with you . Resist and you are shot dead. People in rural areas are slaves to their land lord and their women are not safe from the drunk kids of these landlords.
5.1 million children in pakistan do not go to school and these children are our future, no investment on these kids.Government spent 30 billion on a metro bus service , giving families a thousand rs each / month in the name of benazir income support , giving laptops to those who will probably use it for wathing movie every night. What about these 5.1 million kids which will not go to school and will be responsible for our future.
Pakistan is full of diseases , both people and the ruling class. I wonder how long will it take to clean this disease infested society of ours where there is blood ,deception,deprivation and misery everywhere. I am so go Goddamn depressed.
