War of Assets: State Assets vs Political Assets
The vision of Pakistani politicians and Anchor's in Dawns leaks has been vague, narrow and many times lacked putting two and two together. They just talk about the horse but don't see what is surrounding the horse on chess table.
Dawn leak was based on the issue of ISI supporting its assets such as Jamat Dawa, JI, Lashkar and Hakani Group, all of which are known state assets against Indian aggression or to be political correct "our counter terrorism Assets against India" known to the world.
On the other hand, Lashkar e Jhanvi, Sipha Sahaba Tahreek a Taliban Punjab and other banned outfits are under the protection of PMLN and are a considered as vote bank of Noon.
During a national security meeting in Islamabad, the army emphasized over combing operation in Punjab to root out all level 4 prescribed organizations in the province of Punjab to which the political leadership took a serious offense. They want to protect their vote bank in Punjab at any cost.
The political leadership raised a point highlighting international pressure on Pakistan for providing patronage to Haqani network, Jammat Ul Dawa, Laskar a Tayaba and many other Kashmiri freedom fighter organization.
The news was later released to media by Parvez Rashid on the instruction of Mariam Nawaz and her media cell in PM house.
The report in Dawn News made the Army Chief and military ranks furious which saw the dismissals of Information Minister Parvez Rashid and closing of the media cell from PM House.
November 28th, 2016 Gen. Raheel Sherif gave the Command to Gen. Bajwa who was handpicked and appointed by PM Sherif. This changed the game and currently civil government holds more power on beatup, I am tired face, Gen Bajwa.
January 2017 saw PLMN testing the water with the army ranks once again. First Punjab Law Minister blamed army for conspiracies against the PM. Interior Minister Nasar Chaudhari meet with leaders of level 4 terrorist organizations heads and called them " Patriots of Pakistan". All these patriots of Pakistan are killers of thousands of Shias in Pakistan.
Later Javed Hashemi tried to malign the army with self facilitated stories and finally the paid puppet Najam Sethi hit the last nail stating that Army has institutional corruption as it gave 50 acre of land worth billions of rupees.
Immediately after this program ISPR issued a strong statement stating that this type of statement on media is another attempt to malign Pakistan Army and can break the working relationship between government organs.
As stressed as PMLN is with Panama leaks, they are ready to take the system with them if the court decided against them so what better way to adopt to start conflict with military.
So Hafiz Saeed is house arrested and army has no other option to accept that it was in our own national security policy.
Nation has given up hope on redemption with CJ Iftakar Chaurdhri then Imran Khan with Dharna and soon with the Supreme Court. Once again Pakistani nation will be left on the mercy of loots so they can buy more expensive real estate in NY in this political segment in Pakistan while the protector of the state sleep in peace.
