Please follow the Quran and sunnah you do not need to spend money on DOCTOR instead spend your money on food and zaqat o harart

Acquire 40% of ur calories from veggies and fruits... use fruits which have less sugar
use vegetables of different colors because veggies with different colors have different vitamins and minerals.
If u cannot take so much veggies juice them juicing will help u to consume easily. Its better and safe to boil veggie juice, chill it and then consume.

Use Almonds and walnuts, they will give u minerals vitamin E and Good Fats . Remember Almond and Walnuts have different kind of Fats so use both daily

Take chicken breast, egg whites and Fish for ur protein intake

Use milk for calcium and proteins , if u want to reduce ur weight then use skim milk

For fullness of ur belly u can take dal with rice.

Balance diet means equal amount of calories from Fat, Carbs and Proteins

Do exercise daily, exercise helps u to clean ur self from inside and out side.

Note: I am not doctor

this is a good website.

I get a lot of my patients to follow some of the pages from this website.

Always double check any information you get from one source on internet, just to be on the safe side. It doesn't take long doing that.

In a nutshell from me.

Your diet should ideally have no more then 30 % carbohydrates. Meats and veggies are perfect combinations. Lean meat is good. White meat is better then red meat, as red is more prone to raise your cholesterol levels.

Ditch sugar, and try not to sprinkle a lot of salt in your food. There are serious ongoing considerations to get sugar considered for a CONTROLLED status.

Reduce your intake of bread, rice, pasta, roti/naans. They are the source of nastiness (carbohydrates).

Anything that will give you an insulin rise in your blood is not supposed to be the best thing. Its insulin spikes that become the reason for diabetes eventually, with obesity etc. all coming along the way. Carbohydrates are the most potent insulin spiking agents.

Skim milk is fine. Do not forget low fat yogurts and cheeses are usually high in carbohydrate or sugar content to preserve taste. So beware of all things low fat.

Water before food and midway into your meal. DO NOT drink water at the end of your meal. Give yourself atleast half an hour before you choose to drink something after your meal.

Fruit juices are not the same as fruits. Even with fruits, they are full of natural sugars, which while better then refined or synthetic sugar are still sugars and cause insulin spikes. Besides, fruits are usually fiber and sugar which actually helps you lose most of this sugar to not get absorbed as our bodies are not digesting most of this fiber. Drinking apple juice out of six apples is essentially all sugary content of six apples minus the fibers, basically meaning absorbing all the sugars. Not a good idea.

These are same snippets for enthusiasts. Feel free to contact if anyone needs more information on anything.
