Imran Riaz Khan's Open Letter to (useless) Chief Justice of Pakistan

Umar Ata Bandial, you have been a useless Chief Justice of Pakistan and are responsible for the phase Pakistan is going through today. The hallmark of your tenure is that you simply never delivered. You never have any concept of time nor have the courage to take action against those who are responsible for where the country is today.

If one man is to blame for breaking the constitution then that is you.

Shove your May 14 decision.
It wasn't worth the paper it was written. Why you spent so much time on it if you were not going to implicate those who were responsible for not holding the elections? Why didn't you fire the Chief Election Commission whose job is to hold the election, and the Prime Minister for lies to delay the election?

Besides Arshad Sharif's pleas, you did nothing for him. And now Imran Riaz Khan is going through the same fate. Instead of hearings, put IG Punjab and DGISI in jail until Imran Riaz Khan is recovered. I bet in no time he will be released.

Bundiyal is a bureaucrat zada. Did his father deliver what was expected of his post? A big NO. Athar soor bindallah is another son of an infamous bureaucrat? His mother was appointed to a position of honor by Musharraf but the Athar soor was the first one to file a suit against Musharraf. These brats of bureaucrats grew up on the blood of our people and you expect them to be honest.There should be a rule that in future no brat of a bureaucrat shall be appointed to the highest position in the country as they have haram blood in their veins from eating haram right from their birth.

But forget for a moment whether or not this is actually written by IRK, do you not agree with the content of the letter. Does it not touch your heart?
You are still convinced that Mr Umar Ata has been a good CJP just because he refers to certain quranic verses when beginning conversations etc ?
Your belief in Umar Ata is still unwavered?

As far as CJ's religious posture is concerned my faith in him as a religious man is unwavering, let's be clear on that question.
As far as his judicial work as a CJP is concerned, the jury is still out. I sure will give you my opinion on the day he reaches superannuation..... which can be either way.
