He offered the suggestion to generate more affordable energy for the people of Pakistan. This Bijlee wont just bright up his house it is for the people. He is not begging for anything it is a suggestion. Our Prime Minister can store his asset in Yahood O Nissara's states, he can promote Cheeni ka Karobar serhad kay aar paar, He can make the member of public to commit suicide due to hunger and poverty. No matter how much the nation is suffering he would still buy Towers in UK. He would fool the nation by not finding a courage to breath the word Drone in front of Obama but it is still not noticeable but on other hand whatever Mr Khan would say that will become the burning issue.

There is a logical reason for giving India MFN status.

I don't think you guys understand the complexities behind Joint Nuclear Program so may be that is why you don't see the obvious stupidity in the statement.
