Khan doesn’t make empty promises control the rubbish language. He gave cancer hospital no one else gave. He is a fighter.
Things are hard in Muslims countries because you got crooks running the countries and uneducated big population high corruption and no working institutions that’s why things are hard.
Things are hard because poverty, no education, high corruption, people started worshipping blindly corrupt politicians and corrupt molvies they never stood for corruption or human rights because they are also benefiting from this rotten systems in Muslim countries.
Seeing good honest leaders was hard it took khan 22 years to be understood. If the public was good it wouldn’t have taken that long.
Past 35 years it’s corrupt politicians and partners in crime molvies using and abusing sleep nations. Khan came and woke people up and has been struggling with mafia from inside and outside Pakistan. Media mafia lands mafia money laundering mafia,judges,generals and molvies mafia. Khan has been fighting with all past 22 years all because the nation was sleep until now finally.

It is an empty promise because we have no jurisdiction over US law. People also forget that Afia is a US citizen as well ... The only possibility could be prisoner exchange with Afridi ... that would earn is even worse repute then we have ...

In my opinion, it is possible. Here is how.
First of all, this will require telling the truth by all of our Agencies who were working during the years of her arrest.
Establish that she was illegally arrested/detained by Musharraf regime.
Establish that as citizen of Pakistan her constitutional rights were violated by Pakistan's government.
Establish that no due-process in Pakistani courts was provided to her to fight against her extradition to Afghanistan.
And she was illegally extradited in to Afghanistan even when there is no extradition treaty between the two countries.
If we are able to establish all above, it will mean that crime was committed against her FIRST by the authorities in Pakistan as well as in Afghanistan. Anything she did in Afghanistan was only a response to the torture, provocation and illegal detention in illegal facilities.
Based on these facts, trial in USA will stand INVALID and appeal court in USA will easily allow a new trial or re-opening of her case. After that, many options will open-up for a strong legal defense team that should be put together with the help of young & competent local and American lawyers.
With such strong legal arguments, US courts will easily grant relief in shape of acquittal and return her back to her home. Once US court grant that relief, there is nothing Trump administration can do to stop it from implementation.
Not only this, she will be able to take legal action against Pakistani and US governments for damages, pains and sufferings.
However, like I said above, it will require Pakistani Agencies to tell a lot of truth and share evidence, even when they might not want to do so.
