It was army rule when 60 thousands people lost their lives and army was selling our people to CIA. It was army rule when Dr A Q Khan was forced to accept on tv that he is traitor not hero. It was army rule when pakistan split into two pieces. I think you were born recently otherwise you could have never celeberated in what is hapening today.

So You mean Imran Khan was sent by Army and wanted him to bring Army to power. and NS realized he went to Army and yelled at them and told them whatever they are doing should be stopped right now and if the Army don't stop Imran Khan from what he is doing for Army, there will be consequences and Army will have to pay for it. The COAS got scared and he called Imran Khan and asked him to come see him. Now the Army will step back and wont use Imran Khan anymore. So Imran Khan will call off the Dharna. RIGHT ????

I think bottom line , Proper investigation and punishment for Minhaj massacre , new independent election comission, new midterm election in some reasonable time should be victory good enough for PTI.

Balming NS for calling Army is one thing but going to meet the Army chief to accept the Naya Pakistan is something which no one has conceived as of yet. If NS is to blame for calling the Army and getting it invloved in Politics is a bad thing , then going to meet the Army chief to solve the Political problem is worst than that. In reality, IK and TUQ both were waiting for this moment and it is indeed a terrible thing that the stubborness of the political leadership on both sides has shown their inept abilities to solve their issues without getting the Generals involved. It is demoralizing for those who were hoping to see the end of Army middling in Politics , yet again the current political leadership immaturity and their stubborness has pushed this country back to the dirty politics and army involvement.

اسلام آباد: عمران خان اورطاہرالقادری نے کہا ہے کہ پاک فوج کے سربراہ جنرل راحیل شریف نے سیاسی بحران پر ثالثی کی پیش کش کی جسے انہوں نے قبول کرتے ہوئے اپنے آئندہ کا لائحہ عمل 24 گھنٹے کے لیے ملتوی کردیا ہے۔
ایکسپریس نیوز کے نمائندے احمد منصورنے آرمی چیف جنرل راحیل شریف کی جانب سے موجودہ صورت حال میں اپنا کردار ادا کرنے کی خبر سب سے پہلے اپنے ناظرین تک پہنچائی جس میں ان کا کہنا تھا کہ وزیراعظم نوازشریف نے تحریک انصاف اور عوامی تحریک سے مذاکرات کے لئے جنرل راحیل شریف سے ثالثی کا کردار ادا کرنے کا کہا ہے ۔
دوسری جانب پارلیمنٹ ہاؤس کے باہر دھرنے کے شرکا سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے ڈاکٹر طاہرالقادری کا کہنا تھا کہ آرمی چیف جنرل راحیل شریف نے عوامی تحریک ، تحریک انصاف اور حکومت کے درمیان ثالث بننے کی پیش کش کرتے ہوئے تمام معاملات پر بات چیت اور اس دوران طے پانے والے کسی بھی معاہدے میں ضامن بننے کا کہا ہے جبکہ اس تمام تر مرحلے کے لیے جنرل راحیل شریف نے 24 گھنٹے کا وقت مقرر کیا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ تحریک انصاف اور عوامی تحریک کے مطالبات پر ایک پیکج بنایا جائے گا جس کے تحت ایک فارمولا طے کیا جائے اور آرمی چیف جنرل راحیل شریف اس کے ضامن ہوں گے جبکہ اس تمام تر معاہدے میں سانحہ ماڈل ٹاؤن سمیت ہمارے تمام مطالبات اور تحریک انصاف کے دھاندلی کے الزامات اور دیگر مطالبات بھی شامل ہوں گے۔
طاہرالقادری کا کہنا تھا کہ ہم نے حکومت سے مذاکرات کے تمام دروازے بند کردیئے تھے جس کےبعد حکومت نے فوج کو ثالثی کا کردار ادا کر نے کے لیے کہا اور فوج نے ہمیں ضامن بننے کا پیغام بھیجا ہے، یہ درخواست ہماری پاک فوج کی طرف سے آئی ہے کیونکہ تاریخ میں کبھی ایسا نہیں ہوا کہ ایسی صورتحال میں فوج ضامن اور ثالث بنے لیکن آج حکومت نے عوامی دباؤ کے سامنے ہار مانتے ہوئے آرمی کو کردار ادا کرنے کا کہا جس کے بعد ہم اپنی فوج کی اس پیش کش کو قبول کرتے ہوئے مذاکرات کریں گے۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ اس عمل میں جو بھی معاہدے طے پائے گا اسے عوامی پارلیمنٹ کے سامنے رکھا جائے گا اگر عوام کو وہ قبول ہوا تو اسے منظور کریں گے ورنہ یہاں وہی دمادم مست قلندر کریں گے جو ہم کرنے جارہے تھے۔
اس موقع پر چیرمین تحریک انصاف عمران خان نے بھی کارکنوں سے خطاب میں کہا کہ آرمی چیف جنرل راحیل شریف کی جانب سے کل تک رکنے کا پیغام ملا ہے جس پر ہم ان سے گفتگو کے لیے تیار ہیں ہمیں اپنے ملک کے لیے بات کرنا چاہئے تاہم عوام بے فکر رہیں ان کا کا کپتان انہیں مایوس نہیں کرے گا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ عوام کل آزادی چوک پر یا تو جشن منائیں یا پھر نوازشریف اس سمندر کو برداشت نہیں کرسکیں گے جبکہ جو لوگ کہتے تھے کہ آزادی مارچ بند گلی میں داخل ہوگیا ہے وہ سن لیں کہ عوامی تحریک کبھی بند گلی میں نہیں جاسکتی آج حکومت بند گلی میں کھڑی ہے ہم نے جنرل راحیل شریف کے کہنے پر 24 گھنٹے بات چیت کے لئے دیئے ہیں لیکن جب تک اپنے مقاصد حاصل نہیں کرلیتے،دھاندلی میں ملوث لوگوں کو سزائیں نہیں دلواتے اور دھاندلی ثابت ہونے تک ملک میں ری الیکشن نہیں کرواتے اپنے ملک اور جمہوریت کے لیے پیچھے نہیں ہٹیں گے کل یہاں پر یا تو عوام آزادی کا جشن منائیں گے یا پھر ہماری تحریک ایک نیا موڑ لے گی۔

Who could be neutral in Pk - everyone seems to grab the opportunity to bless with the bounties ----- the only solution is re-election with valid scrutiny of voters and votes...and then all parties should concede the results whatsoever

Many people tried to mediate but idiot khan was waiting for umpire as scripted.

I have Indian friends working with me and they always taunt that army rule pakistan not politicians and I was telling them that you like it or not but pakistan now has civilian rule. I was wrong and I am ashamed that Indian friends were always right.

What Idiot Khan is going to get from army chief? Haroon Rasheed was right that idiot khan has committed his biggest mistake. It is not NS weakened but Pakistan and its democratic institutions.
