If the Dogs are so loving, Why are they haraam in Islam?

الحمد للہ۔۔ کہ قوم کے بچے یہاں وہاں کی گپ شپ کی بجائے ، دین سے متعلق سوالات پوچھ رپے ہیں۔ اور دین سیکھ رہے ہیں۔۔
دین کو ایک طرف رکھ کر بھی دیکھیں تو نیٹ بھرا پڑا ہے کتے کے اپنے مالکان پر یا ان کے کم سن بچوں پر حملوں سے۔۔۔ یہ صرف ایک وجہ ہے۔۔ اسکے علاوہ ۔۔ اسکی زبان سے جو پانی ٹپکتا ہے اس میں خاص قسم کے جراثیم ہوتے ہیں جو انسانی صحت کے لیئے ٹھیک نہیں۔۔ یہ بھی آج سائنس سے ثابت ہوچکا ہے۔۔۔اسی لیئے اسلامی طریقہ یہ ہے کہ برتن کو سات بار دھونا ہے جس میں کتا منہ مار جائے۔۔
اور بہت ساری حکمتیں ہیں۔۔ مگر کتے مکمل طور پر منع نہیں ہیں۔۔ چند شرائط ہیں جن کو پورا کریں تو آپ اسے رکھ بھی سکتے ہیں۔۔ مثلا رکھوالی کے لیئے شکار کے لیے، ۔۔ وغیرہ۔۔ اور گھر کے کس حصے میں رکھ سکتے ہیں اور کس میں نہیں یہ بھی واضح ہے۔۔ کہ کھانے پینے، رہنے ، و نماز پڑھنے کی جگہ کے باہر ۔۔۔
یہ صرف سر سری سی رائے ہے۔۔ اس پر مکمل فقہی تحقیق نیٹ پر موجود ہے۔

dogs are definitely dirty so keeping them indoors should be avoided but i have never been able to find proof of this saying that we all have heard from our childhoods that jis ghar main kutta hu wahan rehmat kay firishtay nahen atay,
it is said that human mouth has more harmful bacteria than dog's
if dog's saliva was so bad for us, tu goray tu saray mur hukay hotay abhee tak

Halaal and Haram has nothing to do with being" Loving" or "not Loving".
All animals have feeling of love , affection, hostility, anger and the killer mode where they attack other animals or humans. Dogs like other animals can be very vicious and can kill/attack own kind and even humans. But again this is not a criteria for being halaal or haraam. It is haraam because God said so. One can argue on the same note that
- when Pig is Protein and Goat is also protien why is Pig not halaal? they look so cute !
- Why is chicken halaal and not owl? Owls look so cute and fluffy.
so are they allowed or not? as a pet?

The Pigs above are very cute but then again they are Haraam. Why Haraam? because God said so!

Not allowed. But there's has been some relaxations as in case of " Sheppard Dog" to protect your cattle or to Guard your property but has to be kept outside of the house as per Islamic Rulings and traditions. I know they look cute and so does a baby pig. But its cuteness vs God's command. What can you do eh?

so the hygiene question is solved , as u agreeing , its not so clean to keep it indoor.
question about th angles ..
according to ahadith...
there r 2 things, like a photo/painting/statue (of a living creature) hanging or placed in the house, or a dog,..... these 2 things can cause rehmat kay firishtay to stay away from tht hse...
why we need those angles... bcz u wont go easily in the trap of shaitan... n if u r protected from shaitan.. tht means u n ur house is protected from so many terrible things..
for example thr will b no fighting, no anxiety / waswas in ur house...
n Allah knows best
with my limited knowledge, I can say plz search more ur self, wthr its online , or get ur knowledge from a qualified scholar,... but remember this isnt enough to keep urslf n ur house safe frm shaitan.. u need to do more,... for example.. no haram income, no haram things lik alcohol, no louder music around u all the times, perform salah/ prayers..etc..

گھر کی چھت پہ کتا پالنے کا حکم
سوال
کیا صاف ستھرا کتا گھر کی چھت پہ پالنا جائز ہے؟
جواب
واضح رہے کہ شوقیہ طور پر کتا پالنا ناجائز ہے، حدیثِ پاک میں اس کی ممانعت منقول ہے، ایک حدیث میں ہے کہ جہاں کتا ہوتا ہے وہاں رحمت کے فرشتے نہیں آتے۔ ایک اور حدیث شریف میں ہے کہ بلاضرورت کتا پالنے والے کے اعمال میں سے روزانہ ایک قیراط کم کر دیا جاتا ہے؛ لہذا کتوں کو گھر میں رکھنا خیر و برکت سے محرومی کا باعث ہے، خواہ کتے کو صاف ستھرا رکھا جائے اور چاہے گھر کی چھت پر رکھا جائے؛ اس لیے کتوں کے پالنے سے اجتناب بہت ضروری ہے۔
البتہ اگر کتے کو جانوروں اور کھیتی کی حفاظت کے لیے یا شکار کے لیے پالا جائے تو اس کی شریعت نے اجازت دی ہے۔
نیز ملحوظ رہے کہ احادیثِ مبارکہ میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ہے کہ: اگر کسی برتن میں کتا منہ مار دے تو اس کو سات مرتبہ دھونا چاہیے۔ اسی طرح ایک اور حدیث میں ہے کہ جس برتن میں کتا منہ مار دے اس کو بہا دیا جائے اس کے بعد اس کو سات مرتبہ دھو لیا جائے۔ اس کے علاوہ کتے کے جھوٹے سے متعلق دیگر روایات بھی ہیں جن سے کتے کی نجاست ثابت ہوتی ہے۔ چنانچہ ان احادیث کی بنا پر فقہاءِ احناف نے کتے کو نجس قرار دیا ہے چاہے وہ جتنا بھی صاف ستھرا ہی کیوں نہ ہو۔
الفتاوى الهندية (5/ 361):
"وفي الأجناس: لا ينبغي أن يتخذ كلباً إلا أن يخاف من اللصوص أو غيرهم."

Dogs are not haram in Islam. Mullahs who have made them haram are themselves Haram.

yes .. as a believer,, it should be enough that, that's the order of Allah.. but it better to give some logical explanation , if u know the subject,...

Traditionally, dogs have been seen as impure, and the Islamic legal tradition with clear references from the Hadeeth has developed several injunctions that warn Muslims against most contact with dogs. Now it is extremely hard to convince people that there is not a single verse in the Quran which prohibits people from keeping Dogs, rather it permits clear examples of keeping Dogs for our benefit. When we give any references from the Quran misguided Muslims exploited by misguided Mullas start fighting with those who are presenting clear references from the Quran and so are becoming Liers of the Quran and don't even feel shame for it. For sure they will be questioned on the Day of Judgment.

Fabricated Hadith tells us that angels won't enter a room where there is a dog. That means that for 309 years that the sleepers were in the cave, no angel ever entered. Yet God says "We turned them...." The use of "we" clearly indicates the participation of angels. There is absolutely no reason to mention the dog as part of this story, except to make it clear to the future generations that dogs are permitted to live among people, right "in their midst." And 18:22 clearly shows that the dog was counted right along with the believers.
