How To Reverse Aging & Change Lives Through Food

We live in a degenerate civilization that has forgotten how to eat and move. We are shadows of our ancient ancestors. We have devolved from those great humans who lived in health and harmony with nature for thousands of years. Generally in our modern world, even the people you think are healthy are actually decrepit and dried out compared to indigenous Australians, Native Americans, and ancient yogis.

If you’re in denial about this, then you probably only need to look into the mirror and see yourself. Years of alcohol and drugs (both pharmaceutical and recreational), too many carbs (especially gluten and refined sugar), dehydration (tap water is crap water), lack of healing sunlight (vitamin D), almost complete lack of barefoot connection from the earth’s healing energy (grounding), and watching corporate controlled media has given you:

  • 
Significantly weakened eyes
  • 
Wrinkles by age 30 or even earlier!
  • Fillings in your teeth. You gave a dentist permission to drill, fill and bill you. There may even be mercury in your mouth, which is utterly toxic.
  • A body that is weak and stiff, and lacking in energy.

There is no magic pill. But you can make choices that can turn it all around. And it starts with learning: how your body works, what is healthy to eat, and how to move intelligently. You can pay people like me to teach this to you—that’s what I do! But only you can actually do it without me by keeping these fundamentals in mind:


Food is more than just fuel.

Your body is not just a combustion engine that burns glucose. Your body is an integrated part of an information and energy system. If you treat your body like a car it will wear out and break down very quickly.

Food is information.

Real food is a download of minerals, vitamins, enzymes, antioxidants and phytonutrients that your body reads and understands. Within real, fresh foods there are all kinds of complex arrangements of spinning, vibrating, and electrically charged molecules that work in synergy to communicate with your system. The food you eat is a language that your body decodes.

Your body believes what the food is saying about the world around you.

So you actually, significantly, get a lot of your values and beliefs about the universe from what you put in your mouth. You see the world with your eyes, you hear the world with your ears, you taste the world with your tongue, you feel the world with the nerves in your skin, you smell the world with your nose, AND you digest the world with your guts. This is a sixth sense.

Your experience of reality is massively influenced by what you put in your digestive system. If you eat pesticide-sprayed or genetically modified stuff, what are you telling yourself about the world? GOD KNOWS! It’s not from nature! It’s artificially manipulated through viruses and poisonous chemicals. For thousands of years, countless generations lived on foods that were natural and free from tampering (heirloom foods).

The most important lesson? Eat the rainbow of fresh organically grown foods.

It’s actually the minerals, vitamins, enzymes, unique antioxidants and phytonutrients that you should most be interested in getting from your foods. And the way you get them is by eating a colorful meal of mainly plants.

I teach a lot of workshops on nutrition and yogic nutrition, and often they run for over three hours. Essentially the most important message of all the messages is to eat the fresh whole foods of the rainbow:

Reds: Capsicum, raspberries, cranberries, goji berries, acerola, dulse, cayenne, and much more…

Oranges: Carrots, sweet potatoes, butternut pumpkin, papaya, cantalope, oranges, apricots, mangoes and much more…

Yellows: Pineapple, lemons, cape gooseberries, grapefruit, squash, star fruit, turmeric, and much more…

Pinks: Pomegranate, watermelon, hibiscus, figs and much more…

Blues: Blueberries, Aphanizomanon flos-aquae (AFA), blackberries, bilberries, plums, muscat grapes
, and much more…

Purples: Aa berries, cherries, maqui berry, beetroot, eggplant and much more…

Greens: Spinach, broccoli, cabbage, peas, beans, bok choy, cucumber, asparagus, watercress, honeydew, apples, limes, avocados, artichoke, pumpkin seeds, brussel sprouts, arugula, kale, wakame, kelp, basil, parsley, oregano, sprouted mung beans, alfalfa, clover, wheat grass, barely grass, kamut grass, aloe vera and much more…

Whites: Cauliflower, onion, garlic, jicama, jerusalem artichoke, ginger, sprouted fenugreek, radish, chia seeds, macadamia nuts, almonds, coconuts and coconut oil and much more…

The first nutritional advice I’d give anyone is to eat a variety of these kinds of foods. These plants have their own unique vibrations that communicate certain healing and health messages to particular organs and deeply affect the mind. God has created all these wonderful diverse plants that concentrate the minerals from the soil, combine sunlight, water and the air to create their own particular nutritional profile. Each plant is a kick of life-force (chi / prana) that focuses its unique vital power into one or more particular organs or glands.
