How to partition a long video? Any software available, please recommend

I have made a video in a party with my digital camera. It is in my SD card right now. I want to post it on facebook, but facebookdoen't allow a very long video to be uploaded. So, I want to cut this video into smaller pieces and post them on facebook. How to partition a long video into smaller parts? Any software available, please recommend. Thanks

use youtube downloader its free n easy to down load very small software.
allows you to cut video n also change its format.....so you can change it to windows media player n cut it accordingly......other than that windows movie maker can be used to put different clips together to make one clip........windows movie maker is already present in windows 7
