i think govt is under a lot of pressure for dealing with so many issues at the same time

okay sir, your view honoured and accepted. Do our new team (cabinet) has capability to focus on isuues related to each ministry itself and solve them? Why PM is doing decisions that are not his domain (e.g. demlishing of wall of Governor house Lahore, talks like anda murghi and katta and many other issues)?Can some one suggest some thing to explain this?

Creating jobs is something else, while reviving the economy is totally another thing. Creating one million jobs by just adding up insurance policies will not add up to our real GDP growth. It will be just like creating another pocket in your coat put some money in it from your other pocket. The total amount of money you have remains the same.
Creation of jobs while mending the economy needs more production oriented approach, or developing services which can be sold to other countries to generate revenue or, you should evolve into a knowledge based economy where researches are held and they have the most latest of every thing.
Now a workable model for Pakistan will be focusing on production based economy. I will say that perhaps the chicken and egg farming and employing people in the billion tree tsunami program are perhaps more progressive.
This idea of starting insurance business only can stimulate an economy where most of the capital of the society is lying dead in their banks. We can start from car insurances to travel insurance as well. However, it will not impact the total value generated by our nation. Simply said, GDP growth will not sustain.
