how much duty do i pay on Karachi airport if i bring 20 Laptops????

CD might be zero. But what abt I.Tax. Sales tax etc. You can get Laptops cheaper in Pak compared to what they will cost you. Just my 2 cents.

yes vv true my objective of this thread is to get advice from you people that if i want to start business in pakistan and bring sum laptops or mobile phones for sale what is the procedure to pay tax..... and how much i should pay......

Customs se setting ke baghir this idea of yours will not work.

for 20 laptops, you will need to donate 1 laptop to customs for their prosperity. that will be considered in lieu of customs. this will be all as per pakistan customs laws.

If you are generous enough, and donate 2 laptops. you will be entitled to a meeting with the customs shift incharge, and probably the airport incharge as well, along with a cup of tea and few biscuits.

Anything above and beyond said amounts will actually help you establish and pave ways for future such business trips. Pakistan Customs take great pleasure in facilitating and fast tracking esteemed businessmen, ONLY in the greater interest of nation.

If you got more potential to be generous. Then I will wait for your contact with me. Once contact established, I will give you my address in pakistan and you can leave one laptop there as well. I will ensure you get a lot of prays (without any more to pay and interest free). (bigsmile)
